Preliminary findings show two South Bay dams are vulnerable to earthquakes

Preliminary findings of a seismic study conducted by the Santa Clara Valley Water District has found that Calero and Guadalupe dams are subject to significant damage if a major earthquake were to occur within close proximity of either dam.
